PRAC Mission Statement
To offer residents of eastern Santa Cruz County a full range of aquatics programs and services that enhance their health, well-being, safety and sense of community.

PRAC Vision Statement
PRAC envisions a state-of-the-art aquatics facility open to all residents of eastern Santa Cruz County, regardless of income, who want to participate in safe aquatic activities for fitness, fun or social enrichment.
